I went from avoiding fitness altogether to becoming obsessed with it – training harder, restricting more, and believing that discipline meant pushing through at all costs.
I did everything that looked right.
And yet nothing felt sustainable.
When I stopped chasing perfection and built structure instead, everything changed. That insight became the foundation of GLOW.
Today, I coach women who already try – women who carry responsibility, ambition, and expectation – into a way of training and living that finally lasts.

Inside GLOW, support is personalised based on what you need to progress – from training and nutrition to accountability and mindset reinforcement.

Gosia also runs two carefully designed group coaching experiences for women ready to rebuild strength and momentum after pregnancy – Ignite and Nest.
IGNITE is a weekly, in-person small-group coaching session using the GLOW method. It’s designed for women who want to build strength, support fat loss, and stay consistent – without extremes.
This isn’t a drop-in fitness class. IGNITE is a guided, supportive space to train with intention, reinforce consistency, and build momentum that lasts. Sessions are postnatal-aware, and babies are welcome.
IGNITE runs Thursdays at 12:00 at The Foundry. Groups are kept intentionally small to maintain quality, focus, and individual attention.

Gosia is a qualified postnatal coach and the creator of Strong by Nest, a post-natal strength programme delivered at NEST in Glasgow.
Through her work, she supports women in rebuilding strength, confidence, and consistency after pregnancy – in a way that fits real life.
Gosia is the founder of GLOW and the creator of the GLOW Method.
Her work is informed by years of personal and professional experience in strength training, including competitive training in her early twenties, alongside specialisation in pre and postnatal coaching and trauma-informed practice.
As a coach and a mother herself, Gosia focuses on creating structure that holds under real life – supporting women to step out of all-or-nothing cycles and build consistency that feels sustainable rather than exhausting.
Her coaching prioritises practical implementation, intelligent structure, and long-term consistency for women who already try but want results that finally last.
